As the Business Operations Director, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping cultivate a culture of appreciation throughout the year. Through social recognition, milestone awards, and our weekly Creative Follow-Ups (CFUs), we intentionally celebrate and support our dedicated team members. Today, we’re sending a big virtual high-five (and real ones if you’re nearby) to celebrate YOU.
From sharing stories over coffee to organizing meaningful activities, our team members make each day brighter. Your compassion and genuine care transform our community into a true home. National Employee Appreciation Day is one of my favorite celebrations because it highlights the value of every department and brings us together to connect, laugh, and enjoy one another.
